Due to high volume, our service operation is showing a slight delay than usual.
It will approximately take 2-3 working days for us to register your package into our system after they arrives at our warehouse. Also, for the consolidation/ repackaging and other optional services, it will be done within 2-3 working days and you will be able to check the package status from “My packages” list.
