You can buy items yourself, or we can buy them for you

Upon registration, we offer two main options to our users:

You Buy, We Ship

Basically, after you’re finished filling up your shopping cart with the K-products at the online store of your choice, all you need to do is type in the address we provided you with (including the suit number) at checkout. And that’s it! Your package will usually arrive to our warehouse in 2-3 days. You’ll be notified once we’ve received it, and then you can choose how and when you want us to ship it to your address.

Important: After you’ve confirmed the order on the shopping store’s website, you need to come back to your Delivered Korea account’s page and fill in the “You Buy, We Ship Form” – that way you’ll be notifying us that you placed the order and that your package will arrive to our warehouse. If you don’t do that before the package arrives to the warehouse, another $5 will be charged to your account – so it’s best to fill in the form as soon as you place the order.

After we’ve received your package, we’ll send you an email and then all that’s left to do is for you to choose a carrier and pay for the shipping to your location.

We offer you a lot of benefits for saving coins on shipping – you can combine multiple packages into one and pay less for shipping, and even if you have only one package our international shipping is cheaper than what you would normally pay as an individual with the same carriers.

Also, we’ll store your package for you in our warehouse for one month, completely free of charge!

We Buy and Ship

Some Korean online shopping stores require you to have a Korean credit card or PayPal account, but don’t stress – we’ll manage that for you as well!

With our personal shopping service, you can simply fill out a form telling us what you want to buy and where you want to buy it from, and our team of shoppers will do everything else for you. Once we’ve confirmed the items are available for purchasing, you can confirm your order through our website, pay for the items and wait for them to arrive to us.

After they arrive, the drill is the same as for the “You Buy, We Ship” packages – you choose the packages you want to be shipped to you, choose the delivery option, and after paying your items are officially on their way to your home!
