We recommend sending items in a normal parcel with a valid tracking number. Mails or envelopes are not delivered to our warehouse directly but mostly delivered to the post box of our building where many offices and facilities are sharing the spaces together. Please note that DELIVERED will not be responsible for missing items that are not directly delivered to our warehouse.
