We now accept packages that are sent from abroad via the postal service. If you need our assistance with customs clearance and payment for duty & tax for your incoming package, we can clear customs as well as pay it upfront on your behalf at a handling fee of $10/package. Actual duty & tax will be added to your shipping invoice or charged to you separately.
If you can clear customs for your incoming package yourself, you can still proceed from your end and there won’t be any handling fee charged. For packages that are sent via other carriers, please note that the shipper will be still responsible for the import process as well as paying for duty & tax for your package.
