We will store your package(s) for FREE for up to 45 days from the date of receipt.
Effective from 1st January 2024, when your received package exceeds the free storage period(45 days), there will be a $1 storage fee per package on a daily basis. The maximum storage period is 75 days and Delivered Korea reserves the right to dispose of your package(s) after the deadline. If your packages are consolidated but the storage period of sub-packages exceeds the free storage period, the storage fee will still be applied to each subpackage.
You will receive an automated notification notifying you of the expected date of disposal or you can also find the expiration date under the package details from MY PACKAGES. Please visit MY PACKAGES and make sure to arrange shipping before the deadline since the ultimate expiration date will be indicated under the package detail. Please note that Delivered Korea does not take any responsibility for the disposed of packages.
