We try to process general We Buy and Ship requests within 24-36 business hours. Please kindly note that the process may take longer (up to 1 week) if you request a quotation for items sold by individual sellers on Bunjang or Jungonara, since communication is not possible in real-time with the individual sellers (sometimes, they do not respond to our inquiries at all).
If your buying request has not been accepted by the supplier or the individual seller, we will mark your order status as “inactive” and leave a reason which can be found by clicking the order number on We Buy Orders.
