로열티 프로그램 작동 방식
1단계 티어 상태 확인
대시보드의 '티어' 페이지에서 자신의 티어(기본, 브론즈, 실버, 골드 또는 VIP)를 확인할 수 있습니다. 로열티 프로그램에 가입하려면 1년 이내에 특정 금액을 지출해야 합니다.
2단계 배송하고 적립하기
회원은 자신의 티어(브론즈, 실버, 골드 또는 VIP)에 따라 모든 국제 배송 및 창고 서비스 지출(보관료 제외)에 대해 DK 크레딧을 적립합니다.
3단계 크레딧 사용하기
계정 잔액에 로그인하여 쉽게 크레딧을 사용하세요.

How Is My Tier Determined?
Your tier is based on annual spending from January 1 to December 31. Only international shipping fees and optional warehouse service fees are included. (We Buy handling fees and warehouse storage fees are excluded.)

When Does My Tier Expire?
Tiers expire on March 31 and renew automatically on April 1 each year.

How Will I Know My Tier?
At the end of each year, we will notify you of your tier status by email. You can also check it anytime on your Dashboard.

What Are the Benefits of Tier Membership?
As a tier member, you earn DK Credits on international shipping and warehouse service payments, except for storage fees and eWallet top-ups. Higher tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP—earn more rewards.

How Can I Use DK Credits?
DK Credits can be used as payment for international shipping, consolidation, repacking, purchases, and other services on our platform.
