Reward Credits
Formerly known as 'DK Points,' Reward Credits can be earned by participating in our promotions and marketing activities.
Important Notice
As part of our ongoing payment system renewal, the option to recharge eWallet Credits via TransferWise will be temporarily unavailable.
The expiration dates for 'eWallet' and 'Reward' credits are 5 years and 1 year, respectively, from the date of top-up.
DK Credits (Both eWallet and Reward) follow a strict no cash refund policy. Therefore, any funds topped up to your account are non-refundable.
