Important Notice
As part of our ongoing payment system updates, the option to recharge eWallet Credits via TransferWise will be temporarily unavailable.
The expiration period for eWallet Credits is 5 years, and for Reward Credits is 1 year, from the date of issuance.
DK Credits (both eWallet and Reward) follow a strict no cash refund policy. Therefore, any funds topped up to your account are non-refundable.
