You can check your tier (Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or VIP) on the 'Tier' page of your dashboard. To qualify for any of our loyalty programs, you must spend a specified amount within a year.

Members earn DK Credits on every international shipping and warehouse service spending (except for storage fees) depending on their tier – Bronze, Silver, Gold, or VIP.

Your tier is based on annual spending from January 1 to December 31. Only international shipping fees and optional warehouse service fees are included. (We Buy handling fees and warehouse storage fees are excluded.)
Tiers expire on March 31 and renew automatically on April 1 each year.
At the end of each year, we will notify you of your tier status by email. You can also check it anytime on your Dashboard.
As a tier member, you earn DK Credits on international shipping and warehouse service payments, except for storage fees and eWallet top-ups. Higher tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP—earn more rewards.
DK Credits can be used as payment for international shipping, consolidation, repacking, purchases, and other services on our platform.
