You can view your tier (Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or VIP) on the "Tier" page on My Page. To qualify, you must meet the annual spending requirement.

Members can earn DK Credits on international shipping and eligible warehouse services (excluding storage fees), based on their tier lvel—Bronze, Silver, Gold, or VIP.

Your tier is based on your annual spending from January 1 to December 31. Only international shipping fees and optional warehouse service fees are included. (We Buy handling fees and warehouse storage fees are excluded.)
Tiers expire on March 31 and renew automatically on April 1 each year.
You will receive an email at the end of each year with your tier status. You can also check it anytime on My Page.
Ter members can earn DK Credits on international shipping and eligible warehouse services, excluding storage fees and eWallet top-ups. Higher tiers—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP—earn more rewards.
DK Credits can be used to pay for international shipping, consolidation, repacking, purchases, and other services on our platform.
