Order cancellation request is accepted BEFORE your order is dispatched by seller. After your order is arrived at DELIVERED warehouse, you will need to contact support team(support@delivered.co.kr) within 48 business hours from the date your order is arrived to our warehouse and marked as “Confirmed”. In this case, please note that refund can be made after below fees are deducted from the refund amount. If the items turn out to be defective or wrong after the package arrives to your location, we would like to assure you that DELIVERED will take full responsibility for related fees.
Type of fees to be deducted:
– Cancellation processing fee $10
– Domestic shipping fee
– Handling fee $5
– Transaction fee 8% of the item price including domestic shipping fee
