The order cancellation request is accepted BEFORE your order is dispatched by the seller. After your order arrives at Delivered Korea’s warehouse, you will need to contact the support team within 48 business hours from the date your order arrived at our warehouse and is marked as “Confirmed”. In this case, please note that a refund can be made after the below fees are deducted from the refund amount. If the items turn out to be defective or wrong after the package arrives at your location, we would like to assure you that Delivered Korea will take full responsibility for related fees.

Types of fees to be deducted:

  • Cancellation processing fee: $10
  • Domestic shipping fee
  • Handling fee: $5
  • Transaction fee: 8% of the item price including the domestic shipping fee
