How Loyalty Program Works
Check Your Tier Status
You can check your tier (Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP) in the account settings. To qualify for any of our tiers, you will need to spend a specified amount within a year. Please refer to the table below for specific details.
Ship and Earn
Members earn DK reward points on every international shipping and warehouse service spending (except for storage and DK points) depending on their tier – Bronze, Silver, Gold, or VIP.
Redeem Your Rewards
Log in to your account balance and easily redeem your hard-earned rewards.

Rules
- How to Determine Your Tier:
Your total spending on international shipping and optional warehouse services between January 1st and December 31st of each year will be reviewed at the end of the year. Your tier will be determined based on the amount used during this period. Warehouse storage fees and DK points will not be included in the calculation of your total spending amount. - When Your Tier Expires:
Your tier expires on March 31st of each year and will be renewed on April 1st of each year. Your reward points will not expire. - How to Be Notified of Your Tier:
At the end of the year, we will review your annual spending amount and notify you of your tier via email. You can also check your tier in the account settings. - How to Use Your Reward Points:
DK reward points can be used as a form of payment within our platform, allowing you to pay for international shipping, consolidation, repacking, purchases, and other services. - How to Calculate Your Reward Points:
Tiered members earn DK points for a specified percentage of their spending on shipping and optional warehouse services (except for storage and DK points) as reward points. Your reward points will be given when your package is shipped out.

Amount Details and Reward Program:
– Shipping fee: $100
– Consolidation fee: $3
– Storage fee: $2
– DK points used: $5
– Total paid amount: $100
– Total amount: $110
– Amount for Reward Program: $110 (total amount) – $2 (storage) – $5 (DK points) = $103
– Reward Points (1 point = $1):
– VIP: 3% of $103 = 3.09 points – $3.09
– Gold: 2% of $103 = 2.06 points = $2.06
– Silver: 1% of $103 = 1.06 points = $1.03
– Bronze: 0.5% of $103 = $0.52 points = $0.52
