What is the difference between Consolidation and Repackage, and how do I request one?

Home   >   FAQs   >  What is the difference between consolidation and repackage, and how do I request one?

Consolidation: We take items out of the original outer boxes and combine them into one box. This will minimize the dimensional weight of your package and cut down shipping costs. If packages don’t fit into one box, we will try to divide them into multiple boxes.

1. How to request Consolidation:

Repackage: Please select one package you would like to repackage items in a smaller-sized box or bubble mailer. The request will go to the warehouse, where the packers will use their best judgment on the best way to pack your items into a smaller box or a bubble mailer.

2. How to request Repackage:

Please be advised that once a repackage or consolidation request has been submitted, it cannot be reopened to add additional packages or cancel the request. This policy is in place to prevent any confusion in the packing process and ensure optimal delivery service. If you need any assistance, please contact our support team.
