How to Use Our 'We Buy and Ship' Service

Our ‘We Buy and Ship‘ service is a beginner-friendly process that has 6 simple steps.

Sign up & submit your order request

To start, simply log in to your account on the Delivered Korea website or sign up for a new account if you don’t have one already. After logging into your account, click on the ‘We Buy Orders‘ button on the dashboard. Click on the ‘New Order‘ button. A new window will pop up asking you to place your order.

Place your order

Provide the required information (store/URL/description) about the product you want to order. You can add up to 5 items from the same store. Add additional information related to the product in the description or attach a screenshot. Click on ‘Submit‘ to continue.

Review your submitted order status and details

After you have submitted your order, a small pop-up window will confirm that your order has been placed and that we have received the information. Now you can click on ‘We Buy Orders‘ again and review your order. If you have submitted multiple orders, these will be listed here.

If you are not happy with your current selection of items or have just seen a better deal elsewhere, you can easily change the products in your cart. To do so, click on ‘Edit‘ and change the items requested in that order.

Within a short time, you will receive a quotation. Your order status will then change from ‘Submitted’ to ‘Pending‘. You can move to the next step at this point. You can still edit your order details at this stage.

4.

Payment

Review the price of your pending order, select your order by clicking the checkbox on the left, and click the ‘Add to Cart‘ button.

Proceed to checkout

Review the payment details and hit ‘Checkout‘. Choose a suitable payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Debit Card, Delivered Balance, etc.). Your order status will now be changed to ‘Ordered’. You will not be able to change your order details at this point.

6.

Receive and ship your order

Your package will arrive at our warehouse in approximately 3 to 4 business days. Your order status will then change to ‘Received‘. You can now Checkout again, similar to step 5 and ship your order to your desired address. Delivery time will vary according to the distance of your destination.
