The “hold” status indicates that we need further confirmation from you. This status may appear while we are processing the packing service or after you have made a shipping request with payment. If your package is placed on hold after the shipping request, it could be for one of the following reasons:

  1. Address Not in English: Ensure your address is written in English.
  2. Missing Tax ID: Some countries, including Brazil and Indonesia, require a Tax ID. Please make sure to include this information on your incoming form.
  3. Issues with Package Details: There may be problems with the value, quantity, or images of the items in your package.
  4. Prohibited Items: Your package contains items we cannot ship, such as perfumes, candles, contact lenses, glasses, etc. Please check the list of prohibited items on our website for more details.
  5. Availability of Shipping Options: If we are unable to process your shipping request due to location or package weight limits set by the shipping carrier, we will contact you to select an alternative shipping option.
  6. Shipments to Spain & UK: For packages shipping to Spain & the UK, items valued below $4 will be placed on hold. In this case, we will verify the item value with the image you have uploaded. If this does not clarify the value, we will contact you for proof of purchase.

For these reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible to clarify the details and ship out your package at the earliest possible time.
